EDP Norfolk Magazine 2017 Norfolk Food & Drink Awards Chef of the Year Alex Clare moves across from sister restaurant, Chef Patron Daniel Smith’s flagship Ingham Swan to head up the WSS kitchen. Alex continues to develop dishes closely with Daniel, creating his own diverse and contemporary British menus that highlight his personal style of cooking honed over their last six years of working together.

Our Farm is an initiative rooted in provenance, education and supporting the local economy in partnership with third-generation farmers, The Tacons, at Rollesby. We have land on the farm where we grow and manage the majority of our Restaurant's seasonal British produce.
